VILLAS RATING 2012
1 Villa - 2 bedrooms - up to 4 Adults + 1 child.  Minimum stay of 2 nights.

- US$ 155 daily - 1/2 persons rate -
Book 7 Nts & Pay Only 6
- US$ 930 weekly - 1/2 persons rate -

Additional person US$ 25 per day

Rates include taxes and utilities.
Final cleaning $ 70. Free wi-fi. Air conditioning is included - for a maximum of 8 hours per day -.
Additional air conditioning time $20 per day.
From May to November - 4 Weeks Special - come for 4 weeks and pay just 3 weeks.*
Families with kids Special ; baby-cot available upon request-. Honeymoon Special.
Christmas/ New Year's Eve/ Easter holidays: 30% more on the rate and 100% prior payment required.
A deposit is required at check-in for damages and breakage, refunded upon departure.

In Costa Rica 'High Season' is considered from November to April. On the Caribbeans, the weather is mostly the same all year long. So we don't really have a Low Season, because of Rainy season, such as on the Pacific Coast. Anyway, in order to offer special deals during 'Low Touristic Season', we created our Special Offers.

First step:  Fill out the Form to check Availability.

Once we confirmed you avalibility, to confirm and secure your reservation,
a deposit of  50% is required.
Remainder due can be sent in the same manner before arrival or payable Cash (US dollars) on arrival, in its entirety, at Check-in. (No credit card, no PayPal payment accepted in place)

    • Air Conditioning. ADSL high speed Internet connection. TV. Security box. Washer. Cotton linens, bath towel set and hair dryer provided at the beginning of the stay.  Stock of coffee, sugar and basic cooking spices. Touristic Map.
    • Additional services available (upon prior request-extra rate):
    • Transfer from-to the Airport.
    • Maid service. Washing and dry cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:
  • 60 days or more prior to your reserved dates:  refund of 50% deposit.
  • Less than 60 days before arrival: No refund of deposit.
  • We will not be responsile for late arrivals -including plane delays-, early checkouts, change of plans or rain.
