 La Perla del Caribe Villas are situated 100 yards from the Coast Road, 150 yards from the beach and just 900 yards from downtown Puerto Viejo. Restaurants and markets are walking distance to us. There is a Bus service on the Coast Road. Taxis are available for a small price. Rent a car, a bike, a scooter, or simply a golf cart. Touristic minibuses for Tours and Excursions can come to pick you up at the Villa. Snorkeling masks and fins and fishing outfits for rent in town. Shops, post office, police station, doctor, pharmacist, groceries, liquor stores, internet cafes, banks, ATM and many good 'sodas' (Tico for cafe).   A multitude of restaurants offer you an international cuisine: Costa Rican, (and his typical Rice-and-Beans with delicious coconut souce or “chile” ) Italian, Mexican, Argentine.. During the evening the little colorful town changes its appearance with its Caribbean atmosphere, its candles and lanterns and sweet sound of the waves of the Ocean.
